Meet Your Master Trainer!

Mizelle Sizemore
Resident of Peachtree Corners, GA, she lives with her wonderful husband, Brook, her tuxedo cat, Eris and her tuxedo dog, Grace Kelly and adores them. Mizelle began her Pilates experience with Master Pilates Instructor Colleen Glenn, founder of Peak Pilates in Dallas, TX and completed her certification in 2003. As a professional dancer, she found that Pilates greatly enhanced her dancing ability, giving her a much higher degree of control, strength, and flexibility. She earned her BA from Tulane University and MA from Texas Woman’s University.
In 2007, after moving back to Atlanta to be with family, Mizelle became a Pilates Method Alliance – Certified Professional Teacher® and danced with SIDEWAYS Contemporary Dance Company until 2010. At Kennesaw State University, as Adjunct Dance Professor, she created Body Somatic and Conditioning for pre-professional dancers’ course work, bringing Pilates and wellness to her students. Other professional experience includes Wellness Coaching at United Healthcare for eight years, earning her Wellcoaches® certification in 2014, Zumba® license in 2011, and Above Barre®, La Blast, Water Teacher Training, in 2017. Also in 2017, she became a Club Pilates Instructor and quickly earned training credentials in TRX® and Triggerpoint® before becoming a Master Trainer in 2018. She continues to train upcoming Pilates Instructors today and loves it.
