Meet Your Master Trainer!

Helene Kuperstein & Paige Geissler
Helene Kuperstein
Helene came into Pilates to tone and strengthen while losing weight. She fell in love with the movement and how it made her feel, and she decided to become a certified Pilates Instructor in 2015.

Helene is trained in Classical Pilates and also in Contemporary Pilates. She started working at a Club Pilates in Southern California in 2017 and met a Master Trainer who would change her outlook on fitness and her life. It was then that Helene made the decision to become a Master Trainer. She went on to pursue her TRX, Barre Above with Pilates Focus, and Trigger Point Therapy certifications while still in California.

Helene moved to the PNW in February 2018 and pursued additional certifications in Total Barre, Balletone, Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) and Bodhi. Helene became a National Certified Pilates Teacher in 2020 and a Club Pilates Master Trainer in 2021. While taking her Barre Above with Pilates Focus certification class with Leslee Bender, co-creator of the program, another spark was ignited. The love of Pilates and the little ballerina in Helene was determined to become a Program Specialist for this program. In 2023, Helene became a Program Specialist for Barre Above with Pilates Focus and is spreading the knowledge and love for this specialized class to others. In 2023/2024 Helene also became a Scoliosis Specialist Pilates Instructor, Ageless Training Academy Coach, and is currently studying to become PCES Certified (Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist).

Helene loves mentoring new instructors while teaching them the foundations of Pilates and other modalities, and how to be the best they can be.

Paige Geissler

Paige Geissler started her Pilates journey at a very young age while pursuing her professional dance career in Chicago, IL. In 2016 she moved to Long Beach, California where she received her BFA in Dance at California State University Long Beach. During her time at CSU Long Beach, Paige was comprehensively certified in Pilates through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) with a Dance Specialization under the direction of Karen Clippinger in 2018. During her time at CSU Long Beach, Paige deepened her knowledge of pelvic floor health for dancers while working alongside Professor Brooke Winder at her annual Dance Science Conferences. Over the years, Paige has had the privilege of working with John Garey as a Pilates Instructor on Pilates&Fitness TV, formerly known as John Garey TV. She is a NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) and maintains her current CPR/AED certification. Paige has been teaching at Club Pilates since 2020 and became a Club Pilates Master Trainer in 2026. Paige draws on her experience as a professional dancer and her deep fascination of the human body when choreographing Pilates flows. She is known for her athletic and dynamic flows, which coincide with her natural use of breath, creating a strong connection between the mind, body, and soul. Paige embraces a holistic practice of Pilates. Throughout her professional dance career, Pilates has helped her build strength and maintain fitness making her body more resilient and less injury prone. Paige specializes in training dancers and athletes alike. Drawing from her background in functional anatomy and injury prevention, Paige tailors individualized modifications and progressions to fit her student’s needs. Harnessing her passion for Pilates, Paige is eager toshare her knowledge with new teacher trainees. Paige strives to facilitate a healthy and welcoming learning environment with the ultimate goal of inspiring her students to reach their fullest potential every day. While Paige is not teaching Pilates, she spends her time training in dance rehearsals, touring the states and internationally with her dance company, outdoor rock climbing, skiing, and exploring the Pacific Northwest where she calls home.
