Angela has been teaching Pilates full-time for over 27 years. With a strong foundation in Classical Pilates and experience across a wide spectrum of styles—from Contemporary to Rehab-based work—she brings depth, versatility, and a comprehensive understanding of the industry to every session. Her extensive background allows her to provide students with both the roots of true Pilates and the tools to thoughtfully evolve the work in today’s modern era, without ever losing the essence of what makes Pilates so impactful.
Angela’s mission is to inspire and develop high-quality instructors who are confident, critically minded, and capable of elevating their teaching well beyond the norm. She believes that a studio is only as strong as its instructors, and she is passionate about equipping teachers with the knowledge and insight to stand out in the Pilates profession.
As a Master Trainer since 2017, Angela has led 48 teacher trainings and offers a wide range of professional services including Teacher Training, Bridge Training, instructor evaluations, hiring support, instructor development, and overall quality control.
When she’s not in the studio, Angela loves spending time outdoors—hiking in the Pacific Northwest, paddleboarding in Minnesota, and surfing in Costa Rica.
