Julie first became Balanced Body Pilates Mat Certified and began teaching Pilates in 2005. She continued a year long Pilates apprenticeship with Mercy Sidbury after which she became fully Certified in Stott Pilates. Julie is certified in Balanced Body Core Align, Above Barre, TRX, Triggerpoint, Ayurveda and massage therapy. In addition to a full time pilates teaching career, Julie works as a Certified Laban Bartenieff Movement Analyst teaching dance and performance to youth and teens.
Julie has been a Master Pilates Trainer through Club Pilates fin the Bay Area for 5 years. She enjoys sharing her passion for teaching movement and Pilates with others!
