Your Master Trainer

Rhonda Kirwan

Club Pilates Master Instructor · San Diego
Winter 2027
Hi! My name is Rhonda Kirwan. My love for Pilates is unmistakable. I am a wife, mother, runner, and Pilates instructor, and I bring a coach’s mindset and a joyful spirit into every class I teach. After stepping down from my role as a high school cross-country and track coach, I seamlessly carried my motivational and encouraging approach into the Pilates studio.

I teach from the belief that our bodies are capable of far more than the limiting voices in our heads often allow. Through thoughtful challenge, inspiration, and positive energy, I encourage my clients to quiet self-doubt, step outside their comfort zones, and discover their strength, resilience, and God-given abilities. My classes are empowering, uplifting, and—always—fun.

I was introduced to Reformer Pilates over eight years ago and quickly knew I had found my passion. I entered Club Pilates Teacher Training shortly thereafter, became an apprentice within six months, and earned my certification just four months later. I was named Lead Instructor in 2022 and advanced to Master Trainer in 2023.

I am deeply passionate about mentoring and encouraging others to follow their calling into Pilates instruction. I strive to meet people where they are, serving as a cheerleader, a support system, and a steady presence on their wellness journey. Teaching Pilates is challenging, exciting, life-giving—and a true joy for me.

I look forward to seeing you in class.
