Michelle Larson & Paige Geissler
Michelle Larson
Michelle has been certified as a fully comprehensive Pilates instructor since 2015 and has been working in the industry since 2014. She specializes in training Irish dancers to compete as elite athletes dealing with injuries, nutrition, and corrective exercise and has been doing so since 1990. Pilates is an integral part of her training program providing dancers with strength, length, extension, and powerhouse connection to decrease risk of injury. She specializes in pregnancy (pre and postnatal), athletes, teens, children, and various spinal conditions including scoliosis. Michelle has run workshops for Pilates and fitness instructors including, cueing, programming, and special populations.

Michelle currently teaches in multiple Club Pilates studios and has trained thousands of clients, some in group class and others privately. It has been a goal to share her knowledge with the next generation and make each Teacher Trainee (TTP) a better instructor than she is.

Specialty Areas and Certifications: Scolio-Pilates 2018, Health Coach with Optavia 1/2018, Silver Sneakers Foundations 4/2018, Barre Above 12/2018, Trigger Point 12/2018, Pre/Post Natal (Amy Cady) 4/2016, TRX Suspension Training Course 3/2016, Personal Trainer 8/2014, Irish Dance Certification 10/1990.

Quote from Michelle, “I really enjoy teaching Pilates, and during the past 9 years I have learned so much. In my heart, I want every client to learn to understand the value of Pilates as a preventative and restorative practice. I strive to help each of them grow to love Pilates. I personally cannot touch the lives of each client that enters a Pilates studio, but I can teach instructors the art of Pilates, share my passion with them and through them more clients can be reached.”

Paige Geissler
Paige started her Pilates journey at a very young age, beginning her professional dance career in Chicago, IL. In 2016 she moved to Long Beach, California to pursue her BFA in Dance at California State University Long Beach. During her time at CSU Long Beach, Paige was comprehensively certified in Pilates through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) with a Dance Specialization under the direction of Karen Clippinger in 2018. During her time at CSU Long Beach, Paige deepened her knowledge of pelvic floor health for dancers while working alongside Professor Brooke Winder at her annual Dance Science Conference. Over the years, Paige has had the privilege of working with John Garey as a Pilates Instructor on Pilates&Fitness TV, formerly known as John Garey TV.

She is a NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) and maintains her current CPR/AED certification. Paige has been teaching at Club Pilates since 2020 and became a Club Pilates Master Trainer in 2026.

Paige draws on her experience as a professional dancer and her deep fascination with the human body when choreographing Pilates flows. She is known for her athletic and dynamic flows, which coincide with her natural use of breath, creating a strong connection between the mind, body, and soul. Paige embraces a holistic practice of Pilates. Throughout her professional dance career, Pilates has helped her build strength and maintain fitness, making her body more resilient and less injury-prone. Paige specializes in training dancers and athletes alike. Drawing from her background in functional anatomy and injury prevention, Paige tailors individualized modifications and progressions to fit her student’s needs. Harnessing her passion for Pilates, Paige is eager to share her knowledge with new teacher trainees. Paige strives to facilitate a healthy and welcoming learning environment with the ultimate goal of inspiring her students to reach their fullest potential every day.

While Paige is not teaching Pilates, she spends her time training in dance rehearsals, touring the states and internationally with her dance company, outdoor rock climbing, skiing, and exploring the Pacific Northwest where she calls home.
