Clarissa Shepherd-Hayes is certified has been a pilates instructor for almost 10 years. She is certified by Club Pilates & Peak Pilates. She specializes in pre/postnatal, kids pilates, and working with professional athletes including the Washington Commanders. She is primarily based out of Sterling, Va but services the entire DMV.
