Sue Salter is a Club Pilates Master Trainer and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) who brings both depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching to every training she leads. She began her Pilates journey through the Club Pilates Teacher Training program, earning her certification in 2019, and has continued to build on that foundation through ongoing education and hands-on experience.
In addition to her core certification, Sue holds advanced credentials in Barre Above (Pilates Focus), Pilates Suspension Method (Advanced), and Extreme HIIT Chaos, allowing her to bring a well-rounded and dynamic perspective to her teaching. In 2025, she achieved her NCPT certification, reflecting her commitment to excellence and professionalism in the Pilates industry.
Sue has studied extensively with respected mentors Jillian Hessel and Rebecca Beckler, both privately and through continued mentorship. Through this work, she has developed a strong appreciation for the finer points of movement, precision, and execution. Her teaching style emphasizes clarity, attention to detail, and helping students build confidence in both their understanding and application of Pilates principles.
Outside of the studio, Sue is a wife, mother of three, and proud grandmother. She is also a lifelong animal lover and currently shares her home with four cats. With a background in graphic arts and experience as a professional silversmith, she brings a creative and artistic lens to her work. A former equestrian in the hunter/jumper discipline, she still holds a deep love for riding and hopes to return to it in the future.
Sue’s goal is to continue expanding her knowledge while sharing what she has learned to support and inspire others on their Pilates journey.
