Meet Your Master Trainer!

Laura Logan
A knee injury led Laura to Pilates while she was a competitive runner. What began as rehabilitation quickly became something more. Experiencing firsthand how Pilates helped her heal inspired her to pursue the method more deeply and ultimately turn that experience into a career helping others move, teach, and grow with confidence.

Laura has taught across Club Pilates studios in Northern California and now serves in Utah, where she teaches at Club Pilates South Jordan and Draper. As a Master Teacher, she leads instructor training and mentorship across eight Club Pilates studios. She also operates a private Pilates and fitness practice, supporting athletes and clients who need a more individualized approach to movement.

One of Laura’s favorite parts of being a Master Teacher is watching students grow throughout the teacher training process. She takes a real interest in each student’s progress and enjoys helping them build the confidence, teaching skills, and critical thinking needed to become strong instructors. Her goal is not only to help students complete the program, but to help them feel prepared to teach real clients in real class settings.

Laura emphasizes strong fundamentals, movement quality, clear communication, and the ability to observe and respond to the client in front of you. She teaches future instructors how to adapt safely and effectively for a wide range of clients in both group and private settings. Her hands-on approach to mentorship and her commitment to student success have contributed to consistently high graduation rates across her teacher training cohorts.

Laura lives the ethos of a lifelong learner, continually expanding her knowledge in the science of human movement. In addition to her 500-hour Club Pilates Teacher Training certification, she holds credentials as a NASM® Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, TRX® Certified Trainer, TriggerPoint® Specialist, FMT® Functional Movement Specialist, and Barre Above® with Pilates Focus Certified instructor. Her areas of specialization include functional movement, athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, spinal health, osteoporosis, hypermobility, pre- and postnatal populations, and active aging.
