Meet Your Master Trainer!

Catherine Nosacka
“Change happens through movement and movement heals.” -Joseph Pilates In addition to the years of training, being a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and a certified personal trainer, I am trained as a Medical Exercise Specialist, and understand the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of orthopedic conditions from cervical stenosis to Achilles tendon repair. Within the next year, I will complete a master's of kinesiology in corrective exercise and orthopedic rehabilitation as I am always finding new ways to learn and improve my Pilates practice as an instructor and master trainer. As a master trainer, my post-rehabilitation experience informs my teaching. With each instructor trained to see good alignment and understand healthy movement, I help many new instructors and, by extension, hundreds of clients live more fulfilling lives. On the fun side, I am a competitive ballroom dancer and can teach over 20 social dances!
