Meet Your Master Trainer!

Catherine Nosacka
It is with excitement and inspiration that I take on the training of new Pilates instructors! Pilates is more than learning or teaching exercises. It is a way of movement that improves all facets of living;from the physical, to the emotional, to the mental. As Pilates instructors, we get to make a day-to-day impact on our client's lives. With a master's degree in corrective exercise and orthopedic rehabilitation, along with thousands of hours of teaching bodies, I want to share my knowledge and help you apply it to your own teaching style and practice. It is truly an honor to contribute joy and peace to this world through movement!

With our knowledge, we teach every person we encounter how to live a functional, pain-free life, full of joy and appreciation for the body given to them. By teaching new instructors, I get to multiply this effect. With every instructor I train, they will, in turn, touch so many lives. It is truly an honor to contribute joy and peace to this world through movement!

With a master's degree in corrective exercise and orthopedic rehabilitation, along with thousands of hours of teaching bodies, I want to share my knowledge and help you apply it to your own teaching style and practice. Not only will teacher training participants learn how to cue Pilates movements effectively on the equipment, but I will also teach how to view alignment and assist clients in achieving good biomechanics. By the end of training, you will have a good foundation on which to grow as an instructor and movement specialist!
