Kim Cremin has been teaching Pilates since 1999 and holds a comprehensive Pilates Certification from STOTT PILATES®, is an NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher), and has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire. Kim began her fitness career as a Physical Fitness Coordinator in the US Navy and was referred to the Pilates method after experiencing low back pain during and after pregnancy. She found her Pilates passion after she learned all the other amazing healing qualities of this method. Kim owned her own Pilates studio for 10 years, taught as an adjunct professor through the Kinesiology Department at the University of New Hampshire, taught workshops for American College of Sports Medicine and Fitness Education Network. What drives Kim the most is sharing her love of this amazing method of movement and loves to encourage her students to never stop learning.
Credentials/experience:
- Master’s degree in Exercise Science from UNH
- Comprehensively Certified STOTT PILATES® instructor including Injury and Special Populations
- Certified National Pilates Certification Program
- Certified Personal Trainer: American College of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise
- Myofascial Fitness (Zenga) Certified and Myofascial training through Anatomy Trains
- TRX Suspension Training Instructor
- Wellcoach® trained
- Heartsaver® CPR/AED certified, American Heart Association
- 30+ years experience teaching fitness
- 25 years experience teaching Pilates
- 2.5 years as a Club Pilates Master Trainer
