Meet Your Master Trainer!

Angela Herlofsky
Angela has been teaching Pilates for over 27 years full time, with a solid Classical background. Yet she has experienced many styles of Pilates from Contemporary to Rehab-based and everything in between. Angela brings an experience level and quality of teaching that gives her students a full scope of the industry. Her teaching offers students a unique perspective that aims to retain the essence of true Pilates yet teaches them how to evolve the work in this modern era without loosing the essence of what makes it great. Angela's goal is to inspire quality instructors with critical thinking capabilities that elevates their teaching far beyond so much of what we are seeing coming out of so many of today's Pilates programs. When she isn't teaching Pilates, Angela can be found Hiking in the Pacific NW, Paddleboarding in MN, and surfing in Costa Rica.
